Just throw one in your cooler bag and you’ve got a nourishing meal ready to go…anytime…anywhere. God forbid you devour it on your way to work, driving your kids to hockey practice,  in front of your computer, or while listening to your colleague go on in monotone about her weekend of knitting and caring for her 10 orphan cats."

"I was deciding whether to post this {stupid simple} recipe or another tasty {but very ugly} Mexican casserole. I initially started working away on the other post when my husband came along and tried to figure out what food was in my pictures. That in itself sealed my casseroles’  fate, the poor thing. That cheesy concoction will never see the light of day. So I’m staying up later than normal to write this post for you all.
